Summerhill Oast is a Grade II listed twin roundel oast, set in the beautiful hamlet of St. Ann's Green, about one mile from the rural village of Marden, in the heart of the Kent hop growing area, it is only six miles south of Maidstone and not far from the M20.

Dating from 1854, the oast was converted to a dwelling in 1992.

Since acquiring the oast in December 2007 we have done a huge amount of work to make it how we want it. We are now coming towards the end of this long journey with the last room, the kitchen, almost finished and the new garage occupied, although not quite completed and without electricity
